What’s up readers….
Close to graduation from Indiana University (May 5th), I am thinking about the future of my peers and I. The question of the day is, “what’s next?”. A question to me that means more than where you will be working or going to school once you graduate…
I’ve been “Personal Progress” kick for the past year and I want to inspire you all to do the same. What I mean by personal progress is, how I can make myself a better person. How I can change my current habits to make for a better future. Sounds tight right? (yea… i still say “tight”)
This isn’t an overnight task… it take steps.
- needs assessment (find out what you would like to change)
- plan development (figure out what it takes to change those habits)
- plan implementation (Just Do It)
- Evaluation… (do you, or others notice your progress? how can you do even better?)
Those four steps can do a world of good…. No need to wait for new years to start either…
Some (of many) of the personal progress projects that I am working on within are: my punctuality, my vocabulary, my ability to be nicer and genuinely sweet guy, and my ability to be a better student.
I think I’m doing great but if you know me… I’ll let you be the judge.
Thanks for reading… I am about to post some of the old stuff I was working on but never finish… to the college students… Good luck with finals
